My platform frames action items to restore, stabilize and enhance Omega's image and effective operation. I will implement the following:
1. An immediate freeze on discretionary travel and other expenditures i.e. sporting events, social/ photo opts in venues that bring little to Omega. This freeze will include an inventory and their range of usage. There will be a freeze on fundraising commitments to outside entities.
2. Review Undergraduate Development to increase our focus on Conclave, District and local presence. We must set benchmarks to assess our progress.
3. Have the Grand Counselor render a legal assessment of the current relationships between and among affiliates of Omega to include funding streams, questions of liability and taxes
4. Establish a process for updating Omega's History, connecting the first 100 years to the launch of the next 100 years.
